When life feels overwhelming, it’s easy to get stuck in your head.
Yoga offers a way to come back into the body gently, at your own pace, and without pressure.
Many of us move through the world thinking, analysing, and pushing on, forgetting that we have a body that can support us, steady us, and help us feel more present. Yoga creates space to slow things down and reconnect with that part of yourself.
My teaching is informed by trauma-aware training with Dr. Arielle Schwartz and centres safety, choice, and curiosity. Classes are grounded and embodied, with gentle challenge where it feels appropriate, and an emphasis on how things feel rather than how they look.
You won’t be pushed into poses or asked to perform. Instead, you’re invited to notice your own experience and work within your limits. Yoga isn’t therapy, but it can support calm, strength, and resilience, especially when life feels like too much.

I offer private yoga sessions online or in person, shaped around what you’re looking for on the day. Sessions are paced gently and designed to support your body and nervous system, whether you’re seeking rest, grounding, or strength.

I offer online Zoom classes, creating a simple, supportive space to move and breathe together from the comfort of your own home.
Classes are open, accessible, and paced gently, with an emphasis on tuning into your body rather than getting things “right”.

I offer bespoke yoga classes for private events, workplaces, retreats and workshops. Whether you’re looking for something soothing, energising or gently challenging, we’ll shape the session around your needs, the people in the room and the atmosphere you want to create.
If you’d like it to lean more nervous-system-led, more practical, or more corporate-friendly, I can adjust the emphasis easily.
