Working Together
Therapy for reflection, growth, and everything in between
Sometimes life feels heavy, confusing, or overwhelming, and it’s hard to know what the next step might be. Sometimes the next step even feels, quite frankly, terrifying. That’s where therapy can help. In our sessions, we’ll work together in a way that fits your life and use what you bring to each session to guide us. We might look at familiar situations in a new way, explore how past experiences shape how you feel now, or simply notice what’s happening for you in the moment. Whatever it is, we’ll work through it together, building a unique and healing connection called the therapeutic relationship.
I provide an LGBTQIA+ affirming space where you can be open about whatever feels hard to carry alone. Together, we’ll explore your relationships, your inner world, how you relate to yourself, and whatever else is coming up for you. I offer warmth and care, and sometimes gentle challenge, helping you spot patterns, try new ways of thinking, and relate differently to yourself and others.
People come to me for many reasons, including stress, low mood, anxiety, work pressure, relationship difficulties, grief, or big life changes. Often it’s not about a label or diagnosis, but a sense that something needs attention.
I work at Self Space in King’s Cross on Wednesdays and Borough on Mondays, run workshops for organisations, and teach on the Introduction to Counselling and Psychotherapy course. I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and adhere to their ethical framework.
1:1 Sessions
Where steadiness meets self-understanding
I offer individual therapy sessions online and in person in Beckenham.
If you’re interested in working together, you’re welcome to book a free 20-minute Zoom or telephone consultation. This gives us a chance to talk things through, see whether we feel like a good fit, and for you to ask any questions you might have. You don’t even need to know exactly what you want to work on yet.
I offer both short and long-term therapy. Sessions are 50 minutes long and cost £70. If we’re both happy to continue after the initial conversation, we’ll agree on a time to get started.
Discounted rates are available for NHS workers, Universal Credit recipients and students (with valid ID) - drop me a message to discuss more.

Clarity Session
Space to talk things through, make sense of the mess, and leave with one or two clear next steps.
This is a one-off 90-minute session designed to help you get clearer on something specific that feels stuck, confusing, or hard to hold on your own.
In the session, we’ll focus on what’s going on for you right now, make sense of the different threads involved, and gently untangle what’s been getting in the way. The aim is to help you leave feeling clearer about what’s happening and more confident about what your next steps might be.
This session can be useful if you’re facing a decision, feeling overwhelmed by a particular situation, or want space to think something through without committing to ongoing therapy.

Pet Loss Sanctuary
Supporting you through the grief of a cherished companion
Losing a pet can hurt in ways that are hard to explain. The grief can feel disproportionate, embarrassing, or easy to minimise, especially when the world feels full of so much other suffering. Many people find themselves wondering whether they’re “allowed” to feel this much.
Pet Loss Sanctuary is a six-week, closed online therapy group for people who want time and space to acknowledge that loss properly, without judgement or comparison.
Each weekly 90-minute session is gently structured to allow time to arrive, reflect, and connect with others who understand. We move at a steady pace, with space to share, listen, and sit with what may have been left unsaid, without pressure to speak or perform.
The group is intentionally small and runs only at specific times of the year, so it feels supported and well held throughout.
This group is best suited to people who:
feel ready to explore their grief in a shared space
can commit to attending all six sessions
are looking for something reflective and contained, rather than crisis support
If you’re unsure whether this group is right for you, you’re welcome to get in touch before signing up.
50 minutes | £25 per session | £140 for all 6 weeks

❋ Feeling stuck, disconnected, or unsure of yourself
❋ Repeating patterns in relationships or at work
❋ Relationship worries
❋ Loneliness, boundary difficulties, and people-pleasing
❋ Bereavement and loss (including pet loss), as well as other forms of grief
❋ Life transitions and identity shifts
❋ Depression, low mood, and loss of motivation
❋ Low self-esteem, shame, guilt, and a harsh inner critic
❋ Trauma, including complex trauma and PTSD

This list isn’t exhaustive. Sometimes what brings you to therapy doesn’t fit neatly into a category, and you don’t need to have a clear explanation to begin.
If you’re unsure whether I’m the right person to support you, you’re welcome to book a free 20-minute intro session. We can talk things through and see whether working together feels like a good fit. And if I’m not the best match, I’ll do my best to help you find someone who is.
